Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at +94751151004. Exchanges are only valid for the same item originally purchased.

Opened Items Policy

Any opened product is non-refundable and cannot be returned. 

Cancellations

1. Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
2. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
